About Our Team
The team offers a unique environment that recognizes young cyclists need to develop outside the – often narrow – parameters of the sport they practiced at a key stage in their lives.
The riders selected have a committed to studying (HSC, TAFE & University) alongside racing. Avantias Pro Racing is focused on the success of both education and cycling, building lifelong pathways to realise an athlete’s true potential on and off the bike.
Avantias Pro Racing partnerships are leaders in the field of junior athlete development, supporting our holistic approach of education, culture and cycling at the highest level.
Our focus is on Australian races, building the foundations for the next step in the athlete’s career progressing to Continential, Pro-Continential or Pro Tour contract. These stage races gain the riders key national racing experience while allowing them to remain at home in Australia to study.
