Get direct support from National Road Series Coach and former Pro Tour rider. Access frequent 1-on-1 coach consultations with feedback and any advice needed for better performance. Your coach will oversee all of your training and keep you on track, accountable and motived.
Tailored Training Plan
The training plan is built for you, based on your availability, capabilities, and goals. Our plan also includes directions on nutrition, core training, stretching, and recovery.
Constant Monitoring
Your coach analyzes training to make sure you're completing your intervals effectively, and provide feedback on what to improve and how your fitness is progressing. Training is going to be adjusted based on your performance or any other aspect that may impact your fitness.
Long-Term Development
Have a long-term plan that allows you to reach optimal performance at your target events and achieve your goals, preventing overtraining and young organisms from damage, respecting physiological and physical maturity.
Our Expert Performance Coach
Jakub Novak
Former professional road cyclist with over 11 years of experience, climbed the ranks all the way to the World Tour. Jakub rode for BMC Racing alongside Tour de France winner Cadel Evans or World Champion Philipe Gilbert. Jakub retired from professional cycling in 2013 at the age of 24. Since then, he has been passing on valuable experiences as a cycling coach.
Former qualifications include Certificate in Sport II. and coach certification from Charles University in Prague.
